here. First, if you would like to talk to me about your youngun please call me at school (231-2140). We can talk and work out what would be the best route to take because we both love your child. Do I have your undivided attention? You probably have seen me
in the hallways or in my classroom, located in the B hallway, Room 3.
Let me tell you a little about myself. Number One: I like Middle
School and that is why I am here. I also like 8th graders because you
all never leave me bored. I like to read and guess what? You will be
reading (a lot). It makes me so happy when I can get you into reading
because you will have to read in almost every facet of your life.
Believe me, you will appreciate reading more and more as you progress
into college. Oh, that is where I expect most of you to go-- to
college, but there is also a need for mechanics, plumbers, carpenters,
builders, etc., etc.......
I love poetry and I
expect all my students to enter the poetry contest in January. My
students have always placed in the poetry contest. Come on guys, bring
out that creativity streak I know you all have. I am so impressed with
what you write.
I am so impressed with the techies
out there. Please expect me to call you over with something
technological on my computer that I can't figure out. You are awesome and I really appreciate
your help and support. See, I can still learn too. You are never too
old to learn (or too young).
my love--reading. I am a voracious reader and I like learning new words
so please expect a lot of vocabulary. Some of my favorite authors
range from Charles Dickens, Dumas, Camus, to Dean Koontz and Stephen
King. "May the odds always be in your favor." Bon appetite.
